All photographs and content displayed in this gallery are the intellectual property of Marissa Jade Media Photography and are protected by United States copyright law. Images may not be copied, downloaded, screenshot, edited, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission unless explicitly permitted in your photography agreement.

2. Client Use of Images
Clients may download and use the images included in their gallery for personal use only, unless otherwise stated in their photography contract. Personal use includes sharing with friends and family or posting on personal social media accounts. Images may not be sold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written consent from Marissa Jade Media Photography.

3. Social Media Sharing
Clients are welcome to share their images online. Proper credit to Marissa Jade Media Photography is appreciated when posting images on social media.

4. Gallery Access
Galleries may be password or email protected and intended only for the client and individuals authorized by the client. Sharing gallery access is the responsibility of the client.

5. Print Quality
Marissa Jade Media Photography cannot guarantee the quality of prints produced by third-party labs outside of the professional print store provided within the gallery.

6. Changes to Terms
Marissa Jade Media Photography reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice.
